We had Ashley and she was amazing! She helped my daughter find a perfect dress and made her feel so comfortable with this being her first time buying a dress for a special dance. We will definitely be coming back.

Nice selection of dresses, my sales person was great and listened to my ideas for a wedding dress. My only complaint is that the people on the phone or the cash register aren't very nice or professional. The person at the cash register ( i think the owner or maybe a family member) didn't congratulate me or thank me for the purchase. My experience at Jan's was nothing short or great! My bridal seamstress Julia was awesome and very professional. She made choosing my dress easy as she presented great ideas and now my dress is custom and like no other. She listened to my ideas and was able to keep everything within my budget! I had a wonderful experience at Jan’s Boutique. I am a Mother of the Bride and had purchased north of 20 dresses online with no luck and it’s such a hassle. I went to Jan’s by myself but thanks to Leslie felt like I had a friend with me who kept me on budget and found the right selections based on what I was looking for and for my body type. Then Charon went above and beyond to get me what I wanted. I could not be happier with service, people and selection. Can’t wait until my dress comes in and the big day.
