After being told that My fireplace needed to be replaced as it couldn't be fixed which would have meant removing the whole face of the fireplace (tile, mantle). Gasfix replaced all the internal parts and added a remote to turn it on /off with I'm am very pleased with the service
This is the second time I have used Scott's company. He refurbished an old gas fireplace in my home 16 years ago and recently did some repairs and cleaning. Prompt, efficient and neat.

After lighting the pilot I turned the knob to the ON position and the pilot light would go out. Joe came out, tested, and identified the problem within a couple minutes. An estimated cost to repair was given and we authorized repairs. Joe also serviced the complete fireplace and the bill came in under the estimated price. We would highly recommend to all.
Joe repaired and serviced gas fireplace. Quickly found the problem, repaired it and did a maintenance on the fireplace. It looks and works better than when it was new. Very efficient. Service was completed and clean up was fabulous.
The gas fireplace wouldn't light after the summer, and called Gasfix as they had an ad in the local paper. They were prompt to respond, gave an honest assessment with a couple of options. Scott, the service rep proved to be knowledgeable and efficient and even the bill came in under the estimated price. I heartily recommend them based on our experience.
We installed a new fireplace a few years ago, and I was never very happy with the appearance of the flame. I hired Gasfix repair to perform a tuneup on the fireplace. Once Dwayne was done, it looks like I have a new fireplace. So happy with the results. Dwayne was prompt, efficient and repectful. Thanks so much for a great job.
We have 3 fireplaces in our home. I would have no one else work on them but gas fix. I have used them since the early 1980's always on time and always Good service.
