We called Gas fix on Wednesday and Dwyane arrived 8:30 Thursday morning. Dwayne did a fantastic job of servicing and cleaning our gas fireplace. He explained the settings available, reaaranged the logs, and even had the embers glowing which we did not know we could have. We would not hesitate to use or recommend Dwyane again. Dwayne was on time and did a great job. We would certainly recommend him and Gas Fix Repair to everyone. We hadn't used our gas fireplace for two years and Dwayne had it up and running in less then an hour. Cleaned and checked and a new on/off switch installed.

Called Gas Fix as I couldn't get the pilot light to stay on. They offered next day service. Dwayne the mechanic rang to confirm he was on his way and did an excellent job. He was very neat, including cleaning the front of the screen and explained everything after the job was finished. I have used the 3 times in 10 years and have been very pleased

We have 2 gas fireplaces that needed fixing & cleaning. GasFix responded promptly to our call and booked appointment right away. Dwayne, the licensed Gas Fitter and Service Technician, quickly found the problem, repaired our units & cleaned them thoroughly. He took the time to clearly explain the maintenance process and found us the perfect remote. Left our home spotless. Very professional work and excellent customer service throughout.

My fireplace wasn't working properly so I called Gasfix to come and service it. The technician, Dwayne, was scheduled to arrive between 10 and 12 and was at my door at 10:05. He was very pleasant, worked quickly and neatly and when he left, I was a very happy customer. Great job, Dwayne!!!

I contacted Gas Fix yesterday as I hadn't used my fireplace in over 5 years and was hesitant to fire it up without having it checked. They returned my call promptly and told me that they had a cancellation today and set me up with a window of 2:00pm-4:00pm. I received a call at 1:45pm from Joe letting me know he wasn't far off and would be there within 5-10 minutes. Joe arrived as promised and was professional yet personable. I searched Homestars for a reputable gas fireplace repair company and called Gasfix to come out to have a look at my Valor gas fireplace as it would not light. The serviceman was very pleasant but could not find the exact problem. He charged me $186 for 45 minutes and said that it was either the receiver or the valve. He said that a replacement receiver alone was $500. I just bought the exact replacement at a local fireplace store for $150. I also wrote the company an email and never heard back from them. Disappointed!

Dwayne was a very polite and courteous service man and came to our house when he said he would. He wasted no time fixing the issues we had with our fire places. We had one fireplace that the remote wasn't working properly, and the other fireplace the fans were way too loud. We now have a new remote and the other fireplace is much quieter. The service man Joe was very prompt and toke care to ensure he did not make any type of mess while servicing and cleaning our fireplace. He was very knowledgeable and fixed our appliance and cleaned back to new condition. We are very happy with the service.
