We were having problems with our gas fireplace. Joe from Gas Fix came to our rescue. what a personable and knowledgeable guy. was very professional explained things to us that we didn't know. would recommend them !!! Ask for Joe Renwick too !!!!!!!
I moved into a new place which had a gas fireplace. I never had one before and wasn't sure what kind of shape it was in, so I called Gas Fix to come inspect it and get it ready for use. They were able to come the same day which was great. The technician who showed up was friendly and thorough. He inspected the fireplace, and cleaned out years of dust and junk that had been sitting there. I called this company a second time and asked for Joe Renwick (Licensed Gas Filter & Service Technician) because I has such outstanding service from him the first time. He is thorough, professional and is very knowledgeable. I am so glad to have found a great company that employs honest licensed technicians, who really know their business. I Recommend Gas Fix 100% for Pool Heater Service and Install. They breathed life into my aging Jandy II four times over the years. Heater was installed when we bought the house; got over 15 years life from it with the help of Gas Fix (I'm told you should expect 7-8 years out of heater these days). Excellent work from the very beginning. They handled every detail including the hookups and showed up on time and finished the work in less than a half day. Cleanup was fine and I would certainly recommend them to anyone having a pool heater put in. In Fall 2017 they're coming to check over our gas fireplace. I'll write another review then
Our heater was rarely used since we purchased our house several years ago because it would return an error every now and then when we tried to use it. Decided to get the heater looked at since we were preparing to sell our house. A quick call to Gasfix and Scott was there to diagnose the issue a few days later. Great communication and quick service. Scott was in and out within 30 min. Highly recommended.
I am so glad I called Gas Fix! Our pool heater has been working intermittently all summer, and it's been driving us crazy. Our pool company kept sending a technician who could not figure it out. In total frustration I contacted Gas Fix. They came the same day, diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes, had the part in the van and fixed it! It's working great, and I am beyond grateful to Scott who was very professional and communicated exactly what was going on.
Working with Gasfix was one of those rare occasions where a contractor actually does exactly what they said they would. Greg was informative, forthcoming and detailed exactly what would happen and when it would be done. What impressed me the most was how Greg worked with his team. He took every opportunity to detail the steps he was taking and why he was doing things a certain way.
