We have used Gasfix for many years from cleaning and repairing gas fireplaces to running gas lines for outdoor firepits and BBQs. They are our 'go to' guys for all gas related items. Dwayne was exceptionally courteous, clean, professional and personable. He identified our problem in a matter of minutes and suggested a permanent fix to our faulty switch. Joe from Gas Fix just serviced our Natural Gas Fireplace. He did an excellent job, was extremely polite and explained each step as he worked on the fireplace. The main problem was a poor quality switch that the builder installed. Joe quickly replaced the switch, cleaned the fireplace, and reset logs that had fallen over. Had maintenance done on fireplace where we had issues with igniting. Technician Joe, was very professional and knowledgeable. Quickly addressed all issues, cleaned fireplace so it looks like new now, answered all questions, explained every detail he was addressing . Outstanding Service
Joe came to service my fireplace, he called before he came asking if he could come a bit earlier than our scheduled appointment! He showed up, assessed the situation and explained everything to me as he went. My 2 large dogs loved him... and dogs know a thing or two! Scott, our serviceman, was very knowledgeable. He was at our house as his last appointment of the day; and as it turned out our repairs were quite extensive.. We needed a new fan, switch and new remote box. He had all parts ready and available for installation. He cleaned the whole unit, and it looks like a brand new fireplace now. It Works great and our room is warm now.
Scott installed our fireplace about 16 years ago and has serviced it since. He has always responded promptly to our service requests. He has been punctual and his work has always been clean and well done. We have and will continue to recommend Scott and Gasfix.
We were having issues with turning on our fireplace with the thermostat, so we called Gas Fix & within 24hrs, Scott came over to assess the problem & fixed it for us! We asked about getting a remote control for our fireplace & within a week, Scott came back to install that. We're so happy with the service & professionalism! regencey fireplace would not not stay lit,and sometimes did not even work. Dwayne repaired it efficiently and neatly, and now it's working nicely now thanks. I would not hesitate to call them in the future
