We bought a new 2025 Sienna XLE with the Costco auto buying program. The sales person, Ron, was very helpful and pleasant. The entire process was smooth and took only 2 hours., The best was no haggling. The only complaint was the tech person who was showing us the multimedia system and helping us set it up. He seemed to be in a hurry and didn't really allow us to ask any questions.

I always take my Highlander to Findlay for service and I'm always satisfied with the work. I have to wait for my vehicle and sometimes the wait is rather long but I plan for it.

I’ve been coming here for a few years usually the service guys are friendly and helpful. Yesterday the gentleman was helping but it seems rushed to get to the next customer.
