Went to buy the new Toyota Corolla Cross XLE and had to put money down to order one due to the car shortage. The salesman took the time to answer all of my questions, made sure I got the trim and features that I wanted and told me they would keep in touch. 20,000 mile servicing taken care of by service consultant, Justin Michela. Promptly met within 5 minutes of arrival, and Justin called an Uber for us while the car was being serviced. We returned to the dealership in 2 hours and the car was serviced and ready. Smooth and hassle-free.
