Brian Short, Service Manager, was so helpful explaining to me the different types of extended warranty options for my 4Runner. It was a simple process and he answered all of my questions. Will definitely go to Findlay Toyota for all of my 4Runner needs due to Brian's helpfulness and knowledge.

Estimated time of delivery was way longer than expected. Weird thing when a ride home is accepted, I get called back way earlier but when waiting for my vehicle, almost double the wait time. Price was the highest I’ve paid for a synthetic oil change in a while. My current local service center is offering this same service for $40 off your price. Larry Miller Toyota of Surprise for reference: their March madness oil change special. Your service advisor offered 10% off your price.
