It's the same as all dealerships I've dealt with. I hate being bombarded with salespeople as soon as I park my car. I hate sales pitches and bait and switch tactics. You advertise a car....I call to see if that car is available for a test drive and when I get there all of a sudden it has a recall and not available. I had to settle for another car from AZ.
