Natalie is a great service rep. insuring excellent service. Pickup and delivery staff are always very courteous.
So far I have been happy with the service I’ve had done on my car. The service writers have been friendly and kept me informed about the time my car would be done. My only complaint is the waiting spaces. Although there are plenty of places to sit they are all noisy and make it hard to relax.
Always an easy process, customer service done right, fast & thorough with excellent communication, A+ outfit
Service was good. Took about 3 hours for 18 Mos service. One question about 2023 Highlander hesitation I still can't get an answer too.
