I lost the first review I had typed. Service department was excellent. I waited the the car, wait time was reasonable, communication with service department was also excellent. I drive past 3 Toyota dealerships to go to Findlay Toyota. I live around the corner from Centennial Toyota but the sales department was way overly aggressive especially when I'm not buying anything. If you are looking for a car and you would like to get world class service then you must work with Mahan! Very knowledgeable, friendly, listens overall he is a great sales person! To whom this may concern, I live 1 mile to a Centennial, Las Vegas Toyota dealership, but we prefer to drive 45 minutes to get to Findlay Toyota - where we purchased two new vehicles - because the customer service the dealer has is excellent.
