So normally I’m very happy with the service I have received in the past. I don’t usually have the car washed during service. But, this time I did. I had also asked Thomas if they could Vacuum the interior and floors. As I am going on a trip. When I got the car it hadn’t been vacuumed at all so I sent it back to be done. I love this dealership. I have had my car serviced there twice now and the staff are great, the facilities clean and comfortable for waiting. They also provide excellent perks like a free uber ride if needed, descent espresso/coffee and snacks. Unexpectedly the service rep I used also was able to get me non-toyota parts and have them installed on my 4runner (springs). I love this place. Try it and see.
From buying experience to accessories purchase and installation to regular servicing this dealership has done an excellant job of customer service! Tommy was the best! Felt very secure working with him, and didn’t feel like I was speaking to the “typical” salesman. He was professional, thorough, and transparent. So happy that we found him, and I’d recommend him to anyone!
Tommy is excellent with communication and follow up. He works hard and I'm impressed. Don't have lots of info on dealer, wish they'd stick to MSRP, but understand why they don't, ultimately I decided to go with a dealer that doesn't charge the premium, wish I could have followed through with Tommy, he's been great.
They checked everything on my car and found that my battery needed replacing which there were no indications on my car. They also rotated and tested my wheels for summer press
