Dalton was fine but dealing with Cara was an absolute nightmare. She was condescending, rude, aggressive, and her lack of communication was appalling. Terrible representation of Findlay and she’s the reason why I didn’t give you 5 stars.
We used to have Zach Fitzwater as our tech. He’s since moved to Land Rover I believe. Now I have Tony I think his name is. He’s excellent. I text him when I need work done on a truck and he’s right on it. I have 18 trucks so one is always breaking and he makes it easy. Thank you
