Use to be very good. The last two times, I brought my car in for service and the service writer, ( Trevor ) said it would be 1 1/2 hours. Not bad. Free coffee. But it was 2 1/2 hours. But I will say they said I needed a a/c boost. So for 100.00 dollar more I said ok. So maybe an extra hour could be ok. But I haven't felt any difference. Trevor was very nice and friendly.
Yiran Wang was very patient and very knowledgeable with everything we asked. Very easy to work with, highly recommend.
