Very pleasant modern car place, waiting area is huge, snacks are available for purchase and plenty of seating area.
The oil change was fine and went just as expected. But there was one technician pushing hard for us to buy a new set of tires. It was off-putting. And to be honest, the guy was kind of a dick about it. It wasn't enough to make me take the car to Jiffy lube. I still believe a dealership can provide better service. But you need to back away from hight pressure sales pitches for things your customers don't actually need. Behavior like this is why so many people distrust and even hate car dealers.
