I had previously done business with Findlay in Arizona. So, I expected that my experience with Findlay in Henderson would be just as good. Actually, it was better than that. Tommy went above and beyond to help me get the car I’ve wanted for months. He always made sure to keep in contact with me and let me know when something was available as soon as possible. He paid attention to what I wanted and made sure to only show me what I was asking for. He’s by far the best salesman I’ve worked with before and he actually cares about his customers and not only about his sales! I will definitely be telling everyone who needs a car to go see him!

Purchased my 2022 RAV4 hybrid from Findlay and received a good price, even with the current "market adjustment" that all of the dealerships have. Another local dealership quoted me a price for exact same vehicle that was $6,000 over the price I paid at Findlay. John Gartrell, the sales associate, did a great job of keeping me updated on the arrival of the vehicle and always responded quickly whenever I had questions. I would highly recommend.
So normally I’m very happy with the service I have received in the past. I don’t usually have the car washed during service. But, this time I did. I had also asked Thomas if they could Vacuum the interior and floors. As I am going on a trip. When I got the car it hadn’t been vacuumed at all so I sent it back to be done.
