When we arrived we were greated by Ethan We had a 1pm appointment for our key fob he was very nice and helpful. Noticed our tires where over inflated and had them taken care of

This is the first time I’ve written a negative review about this service department. My last visit started out okay. But somewhere after that the ball was dropped. The parts weren’t ordered. Then they got ordered. But……instead of a backup camera a rear view mirror was ordered. So……it didn’t get fixed before my trip.
Always get excellent service, friendly staff, and a pleasant experience while waiting for my car to be serviced.

The Toyota team was very helpful and professional. I took my Tundra in for a oil change and the tech found a leak in a power steering line, they replaced it that day and had me back on the road.
