It has very good service. I took my car in 30 min earlier than my appointment and it still got taken!
It was a shock to find out what it cost for this service. I knew that some of the work needed to be done. I was happy that I was given a ride home and back when my car was done.
Quick to help very professional gave all the explanation needed to understand car services and made personal connections.
Emilio is the best. ! Very professional and courteous to us all the time. Great customer service. Thank you Emilio.! We find the wait times are usually long. For example, we made an appointment for green service and each time we come in the wait is at least 1 hour and 45 minutes. We understand you’re busy but I don’t think it takes the technician that long to do the service. I have been servicing my Toyota Prius ever since I bought it in 2017, and I always bring my car to Findley Toyota in spite of the fact that I live 20 miles up north, not to mention that I have to deal with busy and frustrating traffic jams on my way to and from Findley Toyota; but it is all worth it because of the quality and reliability that Findley Toyota provides.
