The repaired was done right the first time. It was done when they said it would be. My service was also completed at the same time. It was a good experience.

I own two cars from two different dealerships. I love the service department at Findlay Toyota so much more than the other and despite being a dealership, the price for parts and service is competitive. I keep the RAV4 because it’s easy to maintain.

The wait to get the car in was a bit long. I would think those with appointments get to go first. Maybe new signage could designate a row for drop ins only.
