I went to Toyota to service my car. My service representative was Jordan. He was very professional and kind. My experience was fabulous. Their is a nice large waiting are, provided with drinks, snacks and coffee. My wait was almost two hours but it was worth the wait. Thank you Jordan for your exceptional customer service.
I bought a 2007 Solara Convertible and a 2013 Corolla from this dealership and was completely happy both times. When it was time to purchase a truck, I came back to see Mo at this dealership and he took care of me just like back in 2007. Glad to be back in the Findlay Toyota family.
