Friendly personnel. Accurate time estimates. Goid service. A bit pricey. Service on a less tgan 2 yr. Old vehicle with 28,000 miles shouldnt cost 730 bucks.
Even with a power outage, they managed to get my service and recall work completed in the time promised. The service writer, Tony, kept me updated on what was going on.
I came in because Valvoline could not remove my oil filter previously performed by Findlay Toyota . I called and asked to speak with service manager, and was called back by Bryan who advised me to bring my truck in and he would take car of me. I came in the same day and Bryan met me out in the service bay. He personally drove my truck back to have the work completed. A short time later he drove it back with the work completed.
