Went to leave on errand and appointments when my RAV4 had a dead battery and wouldn't start or accept charging. Car was towed into dealer about 12:30 and was repaired and maintenance perform to be ready by 4 PM. All work was done and delivered as promised. Great work!

I went into Findlay Toyota in early October 2022 looking for a new RAV4. I spoke with Ken Kemp and found out there were none to be had but they were expecting a shipment at the end of the month or the beginning of November and if I would put down $500.00, I would have first choice. That's exactly what happened. The shipment arrived in early November and I purchased my first Toyota. I'm very pleased. Jay Estrada was very kind and knowledgeable.
I have never been to Finley Toyota I walked up to a service manager named Justin Michaela and explained my problem and that man jumped right in and said he would do the best he can. He always kept in touch with me and had the most professional service that I could ask for. He gave me an option and it was too expensive and he did everything he could to help me which in the end solve my problem.
