Bought the very first Vehicle that Findlay Toyota every sold before they even opened their dealership From Gay Otey while she worked out of a construction trailer and was even honored by them in a commercial during Superbowl in a picture with our family and the vehicle we bought. My service advisor was great and professional. One think i don’t like are all of the loud Halloween decorations you have in your show room. I will absolutely not recommend anyone sitting in that showroom waiting for your car to be done. John Bar please change this Chucky Cheese atmosphere. I expected better from you. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

The reception process needs improving. When I arrived, it took a while to be acknowledged. I told them I had a 2.15 75k service appointment. They asked me who I was there to see! I had no idea who would handle My service, presumably the next available service coordinator. I then just stood and waited with no one tolling me what to expect.
