Easy to get in, be seen, schedule drop off and pick ups while car is serviced, great updates throughout the process
When test driving vehicle for hybrid light. The tech didn't notice the turn signals were inoperative. Had to bring back vehicle for the electrical problem. Had to replace the wiring harness after the diagnostic test.

Findlay Toyota’s Service Department does excellent work. Matt Stanley is knowledgeable and professional at all times. At all times he is calm and helpful. During my visit yesterday, mechanic Matt Lovelace did amazing diagnostic work on my vehicle followed by expediently performing repairs in a fashion that can only be completed by an experienced professional who takes pride in their craft.
