Service is good, but I did have to bring the vehicle back twice for the same items. It would also be a nice asset if they washed the vehicles before delivery.
Service writer Cara was great. Explained everything regarding the new key. Will ask for her next time.
Love Kai Spencer in service. He is upbeat, knowledgeable and a joy to work with. He is 5 star. Great dealership, too. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 is no more car wash.

I believe that Service has declined slightly since my first few visits several years ago.
The dealership needs a comfortable place to wait. The obnoxiously loud surroundings and uncomfortable furniture make it unbearable to sit inside. I chose to sit in the cold on. Hard bench so I didn’t get a headache. Staff was irritated by the noise and passed that resentment on the the guests. Fix your problem
