Daniel Lopez took care of finally getting my second key fob. I kept getting the run around when I would call or email asking for the fob. I bought the car on May 4, 2024 and called the dealership several times asking for my second key fob. Finally I called Toyota customer service and to my surprise they said my key fob was at Findlay Toyota. I jumped in my car and drove over there. We have been buying our Toyotas from Findlay Toyota for more than twenty years and drive in from Utah for our regular 5000 mile services. We make appointments and expect our cars to be serviced quickly since we wait in the lobby. We are rarely disappointed and trust the service will be thorough because our cars are regularly on the highway for over 25,000 miles each year. Customer service experienced was great everything since I got there everyone are a team prayer i just want say thank you.
Brian Short goes out of his way to make the customer is satisfied when they leave. Had a problem with my park brake not holding. He jumped in and kept me informed on the progress on the fix. He took me for a test drive to make sure my concerns were addressed and I was happy with the outcome. Findlay has genuine person that cares about the customers satisfaction.
