Our experience was exceptional. They went above and beyond to take care of us. Tony was a star, starting with our first telephone cal through to the end. He was respectful of our time, and kept us informed throughout of costs and time frame. It is a busy dealership but they all worked together to meet everyone's needs and do it in a timely manner. I have my car serviced at this location every 5000 miles. Yesterday I had the service on the car and I thought the service included checking my battery. Today I went to start my car and my battery was dead. AAA came to fix it and could not believe that it was checked during my service yesterday, as it would’ve been detected that my battery was bad, very disappointed in this service and not sure if I will be back
Everyone I was in contact with at the dealership was great. Except for one sales person who rudely interrupted my conversation with Kevin from Findlay Customs regarding purchasing a suspension lift for my 2023 4Runner (which I purchased from Findlay Toyota). I understand that she was attempting to make a sale and please her customer, but I was in the middle of my conversation with Kevin, and because of her rudeness, Kevin lost my business.
