Base on my experience this dealership is the most efficient and best that I have been to.
The service is aways friendly and professional. They care about every customer and takes care of you like family.
I believe I received a fai deal but there were a few items on the vehicle that I asked to be removed. $70 audio cables (worth less than $10 and roof cross bars that I don’t need.

The scheduling for my appointment was easy and when I arrived the service agent Phil Crabtree was awesome. He explained the services I needed now and in the coming months then got my Toyota to the service bay for service and it was returned back to me at the time he said it would be ready. He was super helpful and very efficient and professional. I will always bring my vehicle to Findley Toyota for service.
Xavier is very fast and gets the job done. He’s always on time and explains everything. I drive 30 miles one way to come to Findlay, since 2007.
It is very clean and friendly. They have a snack area for the customers while they wait for service on their car. And they go over everything they did to the car in detail
