They did really good on what was promised. They took care of all my concerns.
The coffee is great and the waiting area is comfortable but not being able to change channels on the TV is frustrating. Watching TLC is not my idea of entertainment
It was a great experience. I was able to come in with no appointment. Makaila assisted me all the way with my routine maintenance & the window tint additions that I wanted. due to the 6hr waiting window, she ubered me home and then back to Findlay toyota to pick up the car. Not only that she was able to honor the coupons that I found on the website for the filter replacements. I really do love coming here because everyone is so great and friendly. They treat you like family.
