"Love these guys" I really love these guys. I came in with what I thought was a problem and asked for the supervisor. Doug came out and explain things to me, turns out the issue was on my end but I didn't realize it at the time. Doug was still super cool with me and didn't make me feel like a jerk even though maybe I was. I appreciate it guys.

When the new car came out of the lot Rafael told about every little detail even that the i-pod can be pluged in.
