I had an appt it took 3 hours this should not be. I'm disabled and can’t sit in one place for very long but can't stand for very long either. The associate that help me was very nice and not pushy which was a plus.

Great service great staff I was able to get my vehicle in a decent time.
Shawn waited on me and listened to what I said about the warning lights on the dash. The light for the windshield washer fluid was going to be on forever because I wasn’t paying $500 to fix something I don’t need and never use. When I picked up the car, that light was off. I don’t know how, but I’m thrilled.
I appreciate that I was able to get a same day appointment and the service was completed faster than estimated. Service Advisor Cara was efficient and personable. I will continue to choose to get my Toyota serviced at this dealership.

My service experience this time has been subpar. I took my vehicle in to have an oil change, rack and pinion replace, and wheel alignment. Upon picking the vehicle up the first time, I heard a scraping noise coming from the from driver wheel and noticed grease prints and oil spots on the driver door.
