As always, we could not be happier than we are with the service department at Findley Toyota.
I was supposed to receive a phone call letting me know when my sunvisor was to come in and to know Val I never got a phone call. I had to call twice. I also told them that one of the caps to the tire was missing when I came to get my new visor, but of course they didn’t put one . other than having to call the first service person who told me it would be ready. Dominique was very helpful.
Jordon is very responsive and has always taken care of any need that we have.
The team that helped me and the service received was great. The fact that it took over 3 hours to get a simple service and tire repair was not.
