I came in for my oil change. There was a small mishap and the customer service took care of it immediately just had to wait for the part to come in, but Makayla was on it and got it done and I’m very happy with it.
The staff was quick on intake. Jaime was very explanatory with what needed to be done. The time it took to service our vehicle was what we expected. I, come here because I like the environment and staff. My husband would prefer to go to Centennial Toyota because it’s closer to home, but from references that I’ve heard the staff is not as friendly, service takes longer than expected and they’re pushy. Was greeted 3 times very quickly but took 15 minutes standing in the service bay before someone actually started checking me in. Fine, but there were more uniformed employees standing around doing nothing than there were customers so it kinda ticked me off. Second, the problem I’ve experienced repeatedly with the fuel gauge was not addressed other than to say they didn’t see a problem. And yet there is one. No follow up at all.
