I brought my 2016 Toyota Prius in to Findlay Toyota in Henderson for routine maintenance service. My service experience was good; no issues, other than there being lines of 3 or 4 cars waiting at each of the entry bays for their service department. However, within about 2 minutes following my arrival, several of their service staff members fanned out across all the bays to expedite checking in all the waiting drivers. It's clean and pleasant. Natalie is very helpful and provides good service. Don't like the high prices though.

Tablet is a bad idea. It takes away from the customer service experience. Get rid of the tablets.
