The service department staff was courteous and helpful. This was first oil change on my vehicle. Was completed in less time than estimated, even with software update.

Great car buying experience. No pressure. No hassles. No games. Carson was professional and courteous. All of our questions were answered. We spent over 2 weeks looking at various makes and models, and Carson was very patient with our constant questions. Rodney in Finance was very easy to work with. He explained everything clearly and completely. The whole process of buying a new car was easy and fair. We highly recommend Findlay Subaru and Carson.

As always the service department’s staff was wonderful. They kept us informed on the process, were courteous and polite. Will not ever take our Subarus any place else. Also if their sales department wasn’t excellent we wouldn’t have bought both of our Subarus from Findley.

Recently moved to St. George from Dallas, Texas. Took my 2023 Crosstrek it for scheduled inspection as well as oil & filter change (oil filter, engine air filter and cabin filter). Honestly, I didn’t think this dealership would “wow” me due to a lack of competition as this is the only Subaru dealership within 150 mile radius. Boy, was I wrong!
