EXCELLENT! !! From start to finish, the care we received was great!! Everyone was personable and seemed to work well as a team. It’s so good to know excellent customer service still exists!! Very personable, very considerate and answered all the questions that we had. Worked with David, Carson and Russell. They even answer our phone calls and are very kind. Findlay Subaru and their staff members Jason and Cory were awesome to work with, friendly, personable and knoweldgeable. They took their time and explained things and never made me feel rushed. I am totally happy with my Crosstrek and highly recommend them to anyone.

I was looking for BRZs, which can be hard to find and necessitated initial email/phone contacts with dealerships in a 500 mile range.
