Great dependable service with fair prices. Service desk folks are very pleasant and knowledgeable. We had a battery die. AAA got us going and Findlay Subaru waited at the end of their day to replace our battery. We would never go anywhere else or our service. ( 2012 pristine Outback 3.6R).

60,000-mile service on my 2014 XV Crosstrek was professionally and competently performed. One thing I would recommend is that they reset the auto window feature after checking the battery condition. Other than that, I highly recommend their service department.
