Purchased a new Outback. No pressure sales pitch, most of the initial deal was conducted on the phone with reference to internet site. When I got there the deal and figures were exactly what was discussed on the phone. The salesman, Jason Wells, was excellent. Only complaint was waiting an hour or more to start the finance or close out. Everyone knew we were from Richfield area, but no apparent concern to getting us out and headed home

Before even moving to St George, Utah I researched where to buy a new car. I contacted several dealerships and Findlay was the most helpful. Corey in finance provided information on credit unions in the area and put me in touch with Robert from sales who was originally from where I lived. Robert was incredibly helpful and provided me all the info I needed. Corey and Robert went out of their way even though I was months away from moving and had no exact date. Without exception, every aspect of interacting with Findlay Subaru is welcoming, comfortable, professional, supportive, memorable. Impressive facility, ample, spacious parking, positive reception on entry, prompt access to helpful personnel, clean attractive showroom.
