Great buying experience. Pete Kuhn was an excellent sales person, very knowledgeable and fun. He brought the Wilderness out to my home and we test drove it in multiple situations. My Forester is now 5 years old and Findlay Service Dept is the only place I'll take my car, and I live 45 min from the dealership. Everyone is always friendly, courteous and helpful any time I come in. I'm old school and not a fan of digital notifications, documents, etc...so the service department always prints me my information for each servicing.
The service department is amazing. They are quick, efficient, and explain everything. They also take pictures of what they see and send it directly to your cell phone.
Just bought some rear seat covers for my new 2025 Forester Sport. I went to Findlay to pick them up and have them installed. I was able to bring the car in the next morning and have them installed. They did a great job with the installation and got me out of there quickly. I love their service department, it's one of the reasons I've bought a Subaru from Findlay over the years. Best dealership in town. I've boughten 2 Subarus from them and they are always easy to work with. Unlike the "other" dealer in town that has a horrible reputation for sales and service, Findlay trys to make their customers happy from start to finish.
It wasn’t busy. I was the only customer. It took over an hr and half for an oil change.
Chase should be employee of the year , top notch service . Customer service is not a lost art here
