No pressure, pleasant staff, and airy bright offices, Their inventory of new and used cars is wonderful!! If I hadn't already known what I wanted I could have happily wandered around for a couple of hours just looking at their vehicles. Findlay Subaru will be my recommendation to family and friends. I'll also tell them to work with Carson Bostwick and Gabe Aragon, two very helpful people.
I worked with Tony, Gabe and John that first day. I was pretty sure what I wanted to buy but it became a struggle for me to decide between two really great options. These guys were more than patient with me and spent several hours going over the xxxxxxand cons of each vehicle. I bought my last vehicle at Findlay Subaru in St. George 12 years ago and have loved it these many years. I would absolutely recommend them. If I am still driving in 12 more years, I may be back. We just bought a new Crosstrek, and the process was about as smooth as could be. Tony on the sales staff was courteous and accommodating. There was no pressure or smoke and mirrors. Pricing was clear, there was no attempt to sell high-profit dealer add-ons, and none of the "dirty tricks" we experienced "on the other side of the freeway" by several dealers. We walked away happy, got a deal we felt good about, and got a great car, so we don't hesitate at all to recommend them highly.
This service department is the best around. Service advisor friendly and knowledgeable. Serviced my vehicle on a prompt schedule, and informed me of my needs for next service. Heartily advise all Subaru owners to come on down!
