Great buying experience. Pete Kuhn was an excellent sales person, very knowledgeable and fun. He brought the Wilderness out to my home and we test drove it in multiple situations. It was what I needed to make the decision. The buying process went smooth and everyone was knowledgeable about the process. I'll definitely recommend this dealer to friends and family. My Forester is now 5 years old and Findlay Service Dept is the only place I'll take my car, and I live 45 min from the dealership. Everyone is always friendly, courteous and helpful any time I come in. I'm old school and not a fan of digital notifications, documents, etc...so the service department always prints me my information for each servicing.

Just bought some rear seat covers for my new 2025 Forester Sport. I went to Findlay to pick them up and have them installed. I was able to bring the car in the next morning and have them installed. They did a great job with the installation and got me out of there quickly. I love their service department, it's one of the reasons I've bought a Subaru from Findlay over the years.
