My husband and I have purchased 4 vehicles all new from them. Service is amazing. Sales representative we had was always great backed up everything he said or did. Dealership always answered questions and they were true to their word. We have never had an issues. You’ll be happy we them. No stress shopping and purchase really Great place😃.
Findlay Subaru has always provided great service. Their service staff is professional, courteous, and knowledgeable, thoroughly answering any questions I have regarding what services my car requires. I introduced my friend to Carson and within 20 minutes of reviewing on property vehicles, she found the one she wanted. Hard to believe in less than 30 minutes the perfect vehicle was found. was at service center for air conditioner issue that had been ongoing for a while, and this was basically to really fix the issue. though i was there for a long time, as they had to order the part in, the service personnel i dealt with were polite and courteous, and very willing to answer my concerns. the waiting area is comfortable with complementary drinks and some snacks, rated 4* instead of 5* solely because of wait. to be clear, the personnel were great. date of service was 8 18 25

Great service and always friendly. They get the work done on time and always make sure your are happy before you leave. Even the salesman that sold us the car comes back to the service area whenever we bring the car in, even for basic maintenance, just to make sure everything is OK. I would definitely purchase another car from this dealership and sales person.
