Service Dept has been very helpful in diagnosing problems, and helped me avoid a problem by doing a battery check as part of their routine inspection - when the battery tested bad, they checked that the battery was still less than 1-year old and replaced at no charge. Appointments are always prompt, service completed within the estimate, and waiting area kept clean and organized. We bought our second Outback yesterday and love it! Everyone at Findlay is helpful and friendly. It is the best place to purchase a car and for service too.
I've dealt with Cameron, Greg and Chase and all three are always friendly, courteous and ready to assist, they always get me in quick and taken care of. Waiting area is comfortable, snacks, etc.

Excellent service. From the Service Advisor, Cameron to waiting area…clean, comfortable with drinks and snacks. Routine oil change was done in a timely manner and will be scheduling further repairs in the future.
