Parts arrived quickly. Service was fast and solved my complaint. They made it easy to have my outback repaired.
Very nice waiting area. Service Rep kept me informed about things that my vehicle needed (brake pads were very worn and needed replacement). Thanks for keeping my Subaru safe!
Friendly, kind and professional folks. I’ve only been to this location twice but I’ve been impressed both times. Service writers explained everything in detail and layman terms. The facilities are always clean, neat and tidy. The St. George location even has a nice refreshment bar which I’ve never seen anywhere else. I’m happy I found them.!!!

Excellent service experience on 4/28/2023. Easy & convenient to schedule an appt. The service writer Cameron checked me in & kept me informed during the entire service appt. The lobby was nice with drinks/snacks available. Once service was completed Cameron picked me up in the lobby, reviewed everything that was done & I was on my way. Findlay staff are always professional & courteous.
Excellent service for a mysterious drive-in repair at 3:30 on a Friday afternoon. Taken in immediately and repair done in 15 minutes. Diagnosed the underlying problem and explained it. Taken care of in another 20. On our way in under an hour. Extremely personable, friendly, professional, and knowledgable.
I have been in the auto trade for 42 years and I can honestly say that Findley runs their business in a way that is topped by no other that I have ever come across.No complaints whatsoever...
