Their website says their service department closes at 3pm on Saturdays. They refuse to take appointments for oil changes. My daughter lives an hour and a half away. She got there at 2:05 and no one inside acknowledged her. She went inside and they said they stopped taking cars at 2pm. No where on their website does it say that. She politely told them she drove an hour and a half and if they would please make an exception. They said no because they want to go home. Poor customer service and no empathy.

This policy was made in order to make sure we have enough time to service all the vehicles we have before the end of the day.
