It always comes down to the people behind the services. Absolutely no complaints about your technicians, but your Service Advisor, Greg Littlepage, is a treasure and the reason I will keep coming back.
I live in Las Vegas the sales team was very easy to deal with and had the car all prepared when we arrived. They were very easy to deal with and we will definitely return.
Just took my Outback in for its first servicing. The people I dealt with during the purchase 6 months ago and during this service were fantastic; both friendly and helpful. The waiting area during the service is top notch.
The whole process from choosing to happily driving away in our new Outback was handled perfectly. Robert was great to keep the us updated on delivery date and Russ was so helpful when he came out to explain all the electronics and other things. When it is time for another car we will be going back.
Service Dept has been very helpful in diagnosing problems, and helped me avoid a problem by doing a battery check as part of their routine inspection - when the battery tested bad, they checked that the battery was still less than 1-year old and replaced at no charge. Appointments are always prompt, service completed within the estimate, and waiting area kept clean and organized. We bought our second Outback yesterday and love it! Everyone at Findlay is helpful and friendly. It is the best place to purchase a car and for service too.
I've dealt with Cameron, Greg and Chase and all three are always friendly, courteous and ready to assist, they always get me in quick and taken care of. Waiting area is comfortable, snacks, etc.
Kept us informed several times. Very courteous. Waiting room very comfortable, with coffee, snacks, etc.
The Service manager and personnel at Findlay Subaru are the best! I receive excellent care for my 2014 Forester and am always informed about the issues they uncover in a respectful, informative way. Always so responsive and helpful! Thank you!
