New Car scar Purchased a 2019 Subaru Accent waited 10 weeks and when it arrived the color was wrong. Without a skip in his performance the dealer Manger said lets make this right and the second car was reordered. No hassle, no punishment what so ever, and on the color brochure was marked black and not Gray. They were so nice calm and reassuring. This review is for the SERVICE Department. Recently had a issue with electronic thermostat where check engine light displayed. I was told it would eventually go off and it did. After speaking with another customer with the same issue, she was told her engine would melt together if thermostat stuck closed and she continued to drive. I called the service department with concern because we are going on vacation and was told they could do nothing until it happened on my car.
