I lost my spare key and went to Findlay Honda to get a replacement in Q1 2022. I was told that due to supply chain issues the keys were on back order and I would need to pre-pay for the key and “cut”. No problem, I payed to order the key and was told it would take a month or two. A month or two went by and no one has contacted me so I followed up. I brought the vehicle in because all my windows and sun roof were opening on its own. Bottom line they told me I needed a new battery and they couldn’t replicate The windows are coming down at the same time. Then they proceeded to list about $3100 in maintenance repairs. I declined the repairs. And my windows are still opening on their own.

Purchased my Honda Passport last July22 -- Brand New and Paid them over 7K over Sticker Price, because these vehicles are Hard to Find. The First time I took my vehicle in last month for an oil change and a broken windshield, their customer service manager was rude and denied my claim to fix the broken windshield. Gave me NO information or directions on how I was suppose to get it fixed. I had paid for full warranty and all the extras -- and this should of been covered. Very disappointed. Lack of support and service. I had issues about the result of the service but it was not settled The service writer was not supportive. I asked to speak to the manager about my concern but no response at all. I will not bring my car back for any service and will not recommend to others

Do not have your car repairs done at Finlay Honda in the Northwest Service advisor plays too many games We are long time(21 years) customers and loyal Honda supporters. Service department had no consideration for our support for this dealership even during the pandemic Kept 2017 Honda HR-V for 7 hours to diagnose AC issue. Filed complaint with American Honda about our experience

They didn’t seem like they wanted to help me. Came to this dealer asking for a civic and they just told me that every civic have a 3-5 thousand in dealer mark up.

Not happy with my visit. Findlay Honda sent me coupons as an incentive to come to them for an oil change but when I went to use them the person who changed the oil said that I would save more with the 10% off coupon he had. He didn't even bother to check to see that I would have saved quite a bit more had I just used the coupons that I wanted to use in the first place. I had $50 dollars in coupons, $30 off on an oil change and $20 off a cabin filter. The oil change cost way more than the coupon said it would which also made ... read more

Double the work time they quote you. Don't bother making an appointment: they'll keep your car out of line to upsell and then hold it longer than they quoted. If you make an appointment for an A1 service, they'll claim you need an A13 for example. Next, they'll say you might violate your warranty or corporate won't help if something happens to your car if you "refused" a service.
