The agents were friendly and helpful! Both agents including the finance agent explained everything and offered to help anytime we needed
Drove from California to Las Vegas. Got off the freeway and my CRV started making a strange noise. We are two days before Christmas. Called Findlay Honda. Will Spears asked us to come in the next morning. The noise was the water pump had failed. Will kept us informed, provided the estimate, the car was fixed the same day and I'm happily and safely back in California.

Will Spears is the "go-to" when it comes to service at Findlay Honda Centennial. He's very knowledgeable and prompt when the car is in for regular and ongoing maintenance. I purchased my CR-V at Findlay and they have performed all of the service since it was new. I highly recommend this dealership and their service department.

Victor in service is very helpful and knowledgeable, got my 2007 Honda accord serviced at a very fair and decent price. He also arranged for my transport home and back to the dealership in a timely manner to pick up my vehicle. So far I have had very good experiences with the service department at this dealership.
I took my car for a maintenance job, and then I found out that it was liking oil. Took it back to the service center, the service manager took care of it right away and fixed. Great service. Thank you. You are the best.
