Over the past 2 years it has been a pleasure to work with service consultant Deven P, while maintaining my new Ridgeline. He is a true valuable asset to the Centennial Hills Honda dealership. Every staff was professional & personable. Victor was my sales person, very informative, listened to what I wanted, provided me different options, he was timely and never once did I feel pressured. The GM Allen stepped in at the end and was there to close the deal however still not in a pressured way. The finance person was equally professional and ensured I had all my financing options available. It was an easier process. Oil change completed all good. One hour. Checked in no problem. Very small waing area. No water or coffee.
I called to inquire about a manufacturer recall. I was scheduled I immediately, offered transportation, and my car was returned to me after the work when my Advisor said it would be.
Great service with a very nice waiting area. And the coffee truck was a nice addition
