I recently brought in my 2003 Honda Odyssey for service that included wheel alignment, trans service, brake and power steering service. This Honda Dealership is my go to place for service. The work is always done in a timely and professional manner. Deven is my service guy to go to. Always friendly, knowledgeable and professional. This dealership and Deven definitely 5-Star. The Best!! I had a 08:30 am appointment at Findlay Honda and my service was complete in 30 minutes. My service representative was great to work with. She was very nice to talk with about the service that was going to be done on my vehicle.
I went to the Findlay Honda Dealer just to look at a used van, but thanks to Mr Nelson Gil's kindness and professionalism, I ended up buying a brand new 2025 Honda Odyssey, and my experience was excellent. Took my hybrid Accord in for an oil change & tire rotation. L. Hanson, the Tech, did a great job and my Advisor, M. Torres was helpful, attentive and extremely courteous. I recommend Findlay and both of these employees for quick and efficient service on your Honda.
