Shaun was amazing! Got me quoted for the light on my dashboard, explained what needs to be fixed, told me the time it would take approximately. Had options, very honest and straightforward. Got it done, had to wait for parts. Needed to leave the car, got me a loaner, came back next day after everything was done. Went and got my car, paid the amount and off I went. Professional and fast, that’s what I call customer service!
I was assisted by Donn and he was very helpful every step of the way. He encouraged my husband and I the options we need to make sure the payments are something we can make and we can afford. So we walked out of the dealership very happy with the payments we can afford and the car we both loved. Thank you Findlay and Donn

I was greeted at the time of my appointment by Deven. He went over the recommended services, and explained which I needed and/ or did not need. He gave me a price quote and expected completion time. When my car was ready at the approximate finish time that was quoted, he called to say I could pick it up. Upon arrival at the dealership, Even greeted me, explained the services, and processed my payment. He was very efficient, but did not rush me.
