I had a 08:30 am appointment at Findlay Honda and my service was complete in 30 minutes. My service representative was great to work with. She was very nice to talk with about the service that was going to be done on my vehicle.
I went to the Findlay Honda Dealer just to look at a used van, but thanks to Mr Nelson Gil's kindness and professionalism, I ended up buying a brand new 2025 Honda Odyssey, and my experience was excellent. Mr Nelson Hill was incredibly kind and courteous, surpassing my expectations. He took the time to explain everything in detail and made us feel very comfortable. Took my hybrid Accord in for an oil change & tire rotation. L. Hanson, the Tech, did a great job and my Advisor, M. Torres was helpful, attentive and extremely courteous. I recommend Findlay and both of these employees for quick and efficient service on your Honda.
