I recently visited Findlay Honda for an oil and filter change on my CR-V, and I had a great experience. Brandy, my service advisor, was friendly, professional, and made the whole process smooth. Even though the dealership was busy with customers, the staff kept things moving efficiently. The building was clean and well maintained, and my CR-V was in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I appreciate the excellent service and will gladly return here.
Made an appointment for an oil change and saw Victor. His customer service was amazing and he was very knowledgeable.
