Every staff was professional & personable. Victor was my sales person, very informative, listened to what I wanted, provided me different options, he was timely and never once did I feel pressured. The GM Allen stepped in at the end and was there to close the deal however still not in a pressured way. Oil change completed all good. One hour. Checked in no problem. Very small waing area. No water or coffee.
I called to inquire about a manufacturer recall. I was scheduled I immediately, offered transportation, and my car was returned to me after the work when my Advisor said it would be.
