You ask for more details regarding my recent visits. I purchased a 2015 Honda CRV from CarMax in 2025. It had 16,300 miles on it. The sales manager said that I found the unicorn. I had a 2009 Honda CRV which i purchased from you. I brought the car in for service every 6 months and have been very pleased with Findlay. Brought in my car this past Monday and was in and out within the estimated time I was given. Deven has assisted the past few times I’ve and is always extremely helpful. 10/10 service :)
We called Deven Peterson ahead of time to look into our Honda Accord’s maintenance schedule as we already knew that it was due for an oil change. He recommended wheel alignment and tire balance. More importantly, we can bring in the car immediately. Also, Deven setup an Uber drop off and pickup during car repair.
My mother is 96 years old, soon to be 97, and has owned her 2003 Honda Civic since it was new. The vehicle has been meticulously maintained throughout its life and has only about 70,000 miles.
