First appointment I have with Deven on 3/25 for routine service. Always apprehensive when I have to take car in, always afraid of the news. It was a pleasure to meet Deven. He explained what this service entailed. I in turn mentioned what questions I had. He accompanied me to waiting and told me he would let me know if anything needed to be done out of the ordinary. Took the time to explain everything to allow me to find my perfect Honda Hybrid.
I brought my car in for service. Deven was very kind and helpful. I was taken care of quickly no waiting.I was offered a ride but didn't need one. My car was ready 30 minutes earlier than promised.My car was right up front waiting for me when I arrived to pick it up.
Was pleased with the results with my visit. It did take 3 days however. Getting the car ready for a long upcoming trip
Devan did a great job he made sure I understood everything. I’m in my seventies so knowing i got to make the decision was imperative he never pushed anything on me just my options. The dealership is lucky to have him
The service experience on March 26, 2026 with Devin was amazing. We had an early appointment. The problem was diagnosed and fixed within 90 minutes, and we were on our way. We have waited longer for express service and oil changes so we were extremely satisfied
