This was the first time bring my CRV to Findlay Honda for a recall issue. I dealt with Ryan and he was very attentive, professional and polite. I will continue to deal with Ryan for any other maintanance issues in the future.

Shaun Sextan is always so kind and helpful each time I have my CRV serviced. He explains things I need to know and answers my questions. I’ve been driving for almost 60 years and this is the first time I feel like I have a relationship with a service member at a car dealership. Noah helped me out, immediately came out to my car as I parked. Quick and efficient service for an oil change. 10/10 dentists would recommend. i'm not a dentist though.
