Facility and customer waiting area is clean and modern looking. I appreciate the available coffee / beverage station and snacks for purchase. I worked with Anthony this visit and he was cordial and professional. I'll probably ask for him on my next appointment. Findlay isn't the closest dealership but was recommended to me early upon my arrival when relocating from Los Angeles to Las Vegas in 2024. They don't give you new tires with your new car. My 2025 CRV with only 2800 miles has front tires with a depth of 8, rear tires were 9. The service department does not utilize all the technology they have available, don't text us about it.If you're not gonna use.
